IDgo authentication has been designed to reduce security vulnerabilities in user authentication, simplify the user authentication experience and minimize friction to maximize adoption. Consumers can obtain an IDgo credential for their Q2 online banking account simply by logging in the way they do today to there Q2 account. Consumers can also use their IDgo credential created during a Q2 login to securely authenticate in a financial institution's call center, ITM, chat session or in person.

IDgo leverages mobile device and network security technologies to offer secure authentication and allow each consumer to employ any of the methods of authentication enabled by their device, e.g., biometrics (FaceID, fingerprint, iris), passcodes or screen patterns.

IDgo offers an "omni-channel" solution that delivers the same secure authentication experience in both the "online" channel (online banking) and "offline" engagement channels such as contact centers, interactive voice response (IVR) and interactive voice agent (IVA) channels, interactive teller machines (ITMs), and in person.
