New relationship campaigns and new product campaigns

Supports two types of campaigns:

  1. New Relationship Campaigns – the goal is to acquire new relationships with new customers from existing customer referrals. Both the inviter and the acceptor receive a reward.
  2. New Product Campaigns – the goal is open specific new account types from the FI marketing efforts (from new or existing customers). Since the inviter is the FI, only the acceptor receives a reward.

Both campaign types can have qualifying activities such as:

  • Open a specific type of account (e.g. premier checking, regular checking, money market, etc.)
  • Enroll in direct deposit
  • Complete a certain number of debit card transactions per month
  • Minimum deposit
  • etc.

Promote and gamify your referral program

Promote your refer-a-friend rewards program with eye-popping banners.

Gamify the program by displaying how many friends have joined. This number is updated dynamically.

Invite friends via text, email, or social media

Display custom instructions about how your referral program works and the reward details.

Display any terms and conditions. If agreement is required, we will include a checkbox that must be checked to enable the submit button.

Send invitations to friends and family members to encourage them to start a relationship with your financial institution.

On the desktop/laptop, send invitations with instructions and a referral code via:

  • email - enter email addresses and click Invite button
  • social media - create posts on Facebook, WhatsApp, or X

On the mobile phone, the user can send text invitations via their preferred text messaging application.

When the new user logs into online banking, they simply enter the referral code when prompted.

If there are additional qualifying activity requirements, they can track their own reward progress by visiting the qualifying activity status page.

When the referred friend opens a new account and completes qualifying activity, both the inviter and acceptor receive a cash reward. Our app automates the entire process:

  • Keeps track of referrals and qualifying activity progress
  • You can dispense the cash rewards with the Pay button, or configure the app to do it automatically
  • Download a report of all accepted invitations and their current progress
